Our FAA approved patient restraints are designed for use with all of our patient transport systems. Each restraint is removable and replaceable and conform to TSO C22g (Standard Restraint) and TSO C114 (Shoulder Harness).
We offer several variants of our long standing range of PacRacs, including lightweight field equipment tables for NATO litters (TacRac), to 20.G rated PacRac's designed for air transport. Our SOF Litter Spare Parts Kit (SPK) includes (1) spreader bar, (2) handles, (2) foot sections, and (4) mid sections. The (SPK) allows forward units to make field repairs to the litter frame with a phillips screwdriver and 3/8" wrench keeping the litter in service should damage occur.
Our Tactical Patient Restraints (TPR) are removable and replaceable and made with Berry compliant, Mil-Spec webbing. The pass-through buckles are low profile, made from aircraft aluminum, include a tactile mark for low-light or no light operations and excel in high speed tactical environments. Compatible with SOF-L litter, MANTIS, NAJO Lite backboards and most patient platforms. Originally designed, manufactured and tested by Ferno Military Systems, USA.
SOF-Litter covers are removable and replaceable. They allow used, damaged or contaminated covers to be replaced as needed. Our poly-pro mesh cover is ideal for any operation and excels in Haz-Mat or CBRNE environments. Also available are the Neo-Nylon TCCC cover.
The Spartan Ti-M is made from TIG welded Titanium and offers a fully exposed top rail for unrestricted access by one or more operators, and includes our patented StratLoad™ attachment points for rapid bridle attachment during lift or hoist operations. The 2 piece construction employs our patented LocSafe connection system which allows rapid and secure assembly in 15 seconds. The lower frame is recessed into the (HMWPE) high molecular weight polyethylene outer shell, allowing operators to safely drag patients or rescue payload over rough terrain or in confined spaces. These combined features give the Spartan Ti-M superior durability and provide a high level of performance in austere tactical or technical rescue environments. Ferno Military Systems' Special Operation Forces Stretcher (SOF-L) is ideal for dismounted operations, and compatible with multiple evacuation platforms. All components of the litter frame are field replaceable, including bed covers and patient restraints. The stretcher has standard NATO STANAG 240 measures.Self leveling feet mitigate damage to rotary wing floors. Our new Pinnacle Ti-M 2 Piece confined space basket will also accept most 16" wide backboards. Identical to the one piece in all features - the 2 piece Pinnacle makes storage, or packing-in a bit easier. Built with the same attention to detail, the Pinnacle Ti-M 2 Piece, sets an even higher mobility standard for confined space basket stretchers.

Our new Pinnacle Ti-M sets a new standard for confined space basket stretchers. Originally designed for US&R response, the Pinnacle Ti-M is a featherweight basket at 9 lbs, while keeping a 900 lb load rating. In addition, this basket will accept most 16" wide backboards - increasing its capability. We moved the StratLoad connections closer to the head and foot ends for vertical lifts.
Just like its brother, the 2 piece ANT Ti is made from ASTM Grade 2 Titanium and relies on the same proven and rugged frame geometry for a superior strength to weight ratio. With an additional split apart feature, the ANT Ti-2 allows more mobility when approaching remote POI's. Four StratLoad™ Connection points allow for aerial hoisting or high-line operations. Simply put, the ANT Ti-2 excels in all technical rescue environments.
The NAJO Lite is our lightest NAJO backboard at just 14.5 lb. It features a central slot in the lower half of the board to immobilize each leg separately. Two handholds at the tapered end allow stable transport and angled edges enable easy log-rolling. The NAJO Lite backboard is capable of floating 154 lb. NAJO boards meet OSHA recommendations with strong, one-piece high-density, polyethylene plastic construction. The backboards are filled with polyurethane foam and feature greater density around the handholds. They are impervious to all bodily fluids, easy to decontaminate, and are 100% radiolucent. Strong, yet lightweight, NAJO boards are buoyant and can float a patient in water.
The CTS accessory bracket provides a quick interface between the IV pole or Folding Mayo Stand and the Compact Litter Stand. Includes integrated tether allowing the bracket to be girth-hitched to the litter stand.
The FMS Folding Mayo Stand designed for rapid deployment. Simply unfold and place the lock pin - then insert the stand into the accessory bracket. Once open, the stand will accept our Mayo Tray.
Unlike many predecessors, the FMS Compact Litter Stand can fold to approximately 1/2 its height. This simple feature allows our litter stand to be packed for mobile operations offering advanced treatment in forward areas.
The FMS IV Pole is a rugged and lightweight IV pole. Integrated height adjustment allows the IV Pole to be packed into cases and load out bags, while providing a desired height for treatment.
The Mayo Tray is a lightweight but sturdy and capable tray. Designed to provide a surface for medical instruments during advanced treatment.
Our Litter Conversion Rack (LCR) allows most pick-up trucks, cargo or passenger vans the capability to quickly convert and secure (2) casualties for immediate transport when using NATO style litters. The simple low profile design can be semi-permanently installed, or tied down like cargo in the vehicle. A custom Segway trailer variant is also available.
Ferno Military Systems' Blackhawk Litter Rack is designed for use in MH-60 / UH-60 airframes. The BLR installs in place of the four aft jump seats with or without internal fuel tanks. The rack utilizes existing seat mount positions and does not require any permanent alterations to the air frame. Once installed, mission aircraft have immediate casualty evacuation capability. The BLR carries a low weight penalty and can be installed/removed in minutes.
