Very durable universal fastening straps made from strong webbing.The 2-part stretcher fastening belt with a plastic buckle is compatible with all military NATO STANAG 2040 stretchers, Scoop Stretchers, and BaXstrap spineboards. The belts are fastened easily and quickly through a loop sewn into the webbing. The width and length of the belts are 5x152 cm.

Developed for military, tactical, and rescue operations, it enables rapid patient transport over long distances and across difficult terrain while reducing physical strain on personnel.The carrier features a durable foldable aluminium frame that combines strength and low weight, making it easy to transport, deploy, and store. It can be quickly attached to compatible stretchers, allowing one or two operators to move casualties efficiently in field conditions. The large all-terrain wheels provide excellent stability and manoeuvrability on uneven surfaces such as sand, snow, gravel, and rough terrain.The ARION system is fully compatible with all NATO STANAG 2040 stretchers, including duo and four-fold models, as well as selected Ferno military stretcher systems. This ensures seamless integration into existing CASEVAC and MEDEVAC workflows and allows flexibility across different mission profiles.The foldable design enables compact storage and transport, making the wheel carrier suitable for rapid deployment, vehicle transport, and air or ground operations. The TSS is primarily intended for use in frontline medical environments such as military field hospitals, triage units, and temporary treatment facilities where patients arrive on NATO-compatible field stretchers and rapid deployment of equipment is critical.A defining feature of the TSS is its full compatibility with NATO stretchers and its ability to easily adjust the patient’s position across multiple angles. Despite its foldable and lightweight construction, the TSS is engineered to securely hold a NATO STANAG 2040 stretcher while tilting the patient safely into head-up or head-down positions.
