Heimdall Rescue Universal Head Immobilizer

The Heimdall Rescue Universal Head Immobilizer is designed to provide secure and effective head stabilization during patient transport in military, tactical, rescue, and emergency medical operations. Compatible with NATO stretchers, spine boards, scoop stretchers, and other transport platforms, it helps minimise head movement and supports proper cervical alignment during evacuation and treatment.

The system is built around a durable base plate that can be quickly attached to stretchers or backboards. Adjustable hook-and-loop fastening allows rapid positioning and adaptation to different patient sizes, ensuring a secure fit while maintaining patient comfort. The olive green colour makes the immobilizer particularly suitable for military and tactical environments.

Two anatomically shaped head support blocks with large ear openings provide stable lateral support while allowing continuous patient monitoring. The system includes durable forehead and chin straps together with eight adjustable and removable securing straps for reliable immobilization in demanding operational conditions.

Manufactured from waterproof, radiolucent foam materials, the immobilizer causes minimal interference with X-ray, CT, and MRI imaging procedures. The non-absorbent construction is easy to clean and disinfect, making it suitable for repeated use in challenging field environments.
