Defibtech ARM XR Automated Chest Compression Device
The Defibtech ARM XR is a portable, automated chest compression device designed to deliver continuous, high-quality CPR to adult patients in cardiac arrest. The system enables emergency personnel to transition rapidly from manual to mechanical CPR and maintain consistent chest compressions during prolonged resuscitation and patient transport.
ARM XR automatically provides consistent compression depth and rate, helping reduce physical strain on personnel and allowing the resuscitation team to focus resources on other critical interventions. Its lightweight frame and integrated backboard support fast and efficient application, while the suction cup piston provides compressions with up to 15 mm of chest recoil.
The rechargeable battery provides approximately 60 minutes of operation, and the device supports both continuous compressions and a 30:2 protocol mode. ARM XR can be used both in and out of hospital, including during patient transport.
