Berge MED Rescue Bag, Thermo

The Berge MED Rescue Bag, Thermo is an insulated patient protection and transport system developed for professional medical and rescue services operating in cold and demanding environments. It combines thermal protection, weather resistance and continuous patient access to help maintain patient comfort and reduce heat loss during rescue, treatment and transport.

This configuration features both the Thermo top and Thermo bottom modules, providing passive insulation around the patient. The insulated construction helps preserve body heat, while the waterproof and windproof Dyneema® Composite Fabrics create a protective barrier against rain, moisture and environmental exposure.

The rescue bag allows medical personnel to assess, monitor and treat the patient through dedicated zipper openings without unnecessarily exposing them to the surrounding environment. Integrated lifting straps support patient handling and transfer, helping maintain protection throughout the patient care pathway.
