Modular Medical Lighting System
The Modular Medical Lighting System is a highly adaptable lighting solution designed for critical medical support in remote and challenging environments. Actively used by the Norwegian Armed Forces and Civil Defence, this system enables essential medical procedures such as forward resuscitative surgery and emergency evacuation operations. Built to withstand demanding field conditions, it offers a portable, reliable, and user-friendly lighting solution.
The Modular Medical Lighting System supports forward resuscitative surgery in field hospitals, providing stable lighting in areas with limited or unstable power access. This enables medical personnel to perform life-saving procedures with minimal logistical needs. Additionally, the system is deployed in Royal Norwegian Air Force SAR helicopters as emergency evacuation lighting, helping crew members safely and quickly extract patients during MEDEVAC missions. It’s also used in SOF helicopters and fixed-wing transport aircraft to support secure and efficient patient handling in urgent situations.
The system features low infrared reflection on its olive-colored PVC material, meeting FSD 7403 standards with an average value of 30-45 nm, making it suitable for military use. The handles support loads up to 250 kg, offering secure handling in challenging conditions. Water-resistant padding ensures durability and ease of cleaning in the field. Delivery is available within 3 to 6 months, depending on order volume.
